Dr. Shahjahan Mahmood is the Chairman of Bangladesh Communication Satellite Company Limited (BCSCL). With an experience of 20 years in the field of Corporate Governance, Communication Engineering, Acquisition Process, Technical Management, Policy Formulation and Implementation. Before joining BCSCL, he served as the Chairman of Bangladesh Telecommunication Regulatory Commission. He also worked for US Marine Corps at Quantico Marine Base, VA as a Systems Engineer, Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC), Indian Head, MD, USA on a wide variety of problems, Naval Research Lab, Washington, DC as a Systems Engineer in Electronic Warfare Branch and Naval Air Warfare Center, Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, MD in the Simulation and Stimulation Branch developing software for simulating IR and UAV sensors on aircrafts.
Dr. Mahmood graduated from BUET, Dhaka earning a degree B.Sc. Engg (Elect). He obtained an M.S/ degree in Operations Research from MIT, Cambridge, MA with a major in Communication Engineering and a Ph.D. Degree in Systems Engineering from the same school.

Brig Gen Md Abdul Hakim Aziz is helping Esteem Soft Limited as an advisor for our Educational Institute Management Software (Witty). He is sharing his valuable experience which he earned while running several schools in army & as a financial expert. He has served at Bangladesh Army where he spent a vast period in Bangladesh Military Academy, School of Infantry & Tactics (SI&T) as an instructor and in various cantonment Public Schools as a Member Secretary/ Chairman of Managing Committee.
He was involved in the initial days of establishing Lakers Public School, Rangamati (Member Secretary, 1993-1994), Chairman of Cantonment International School Chittagong (1999-2001), Adamjee Cantonment Public School, Dhaka (2007-2009), Jalalabad Cantonment Public School and College (2009-2010) and Jalalabad Cantonment Board School (2009-2010). This has given him an opportunity to interact with teachers, students and parents and also an experience about the minor details of managing the schools.

Dr. Md. Zainal Abedin (Jewel) is playing a vital role for us as an advisor for our Hospital/Clinic Management Software (Arch). He is sharing with us the problems that he faced while working in medical sectors which we tried to solve with our software. He is currently serving at Dedicted Corona Hospital as an Cardiology specialist. He passed SSC from Gobindaganj High School under Rajshahi Board in 1996 & HSC under Dhaka Board in 1998.
He admitted in MBBS at Dinajpur Medical College in 1999 & completed MBBS under Rajshahi University in 2004 & intern was finished in 2006. He was selected for MD in Cardiology in 2007 as one of the youngest candidate in Bangladesh & completed FCPS 1st part in July,2007. He was selected in 27th BCS exam with merit position 50.
